Idnoda Inc. was founded in January 2025 by Ms. Dawn Williams, Executive Director/Senior Consultant, who is very passionate about increasing participation among U.S. farmers and ranchers from underserved producing communities. Ms. Williams was also instrumental in seeking out representation from underserved communities to serve as advisors
Idnoda Inc. was founded in January 2025 by Ms. Dawn Williams, Executive Director/Senior Consultant, who is very passionate about increasing participation among U.S. farmers and ranchers from underserved producing communities. Ms. Williams was also instrumental in seeking out representation from underserved communities to serve as advisors in the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service/USTR's Animal and Animal Products Technical Agricultural Advisory Committee.

Ms. Williams serves as our Executive Director/Senior Consultant with over 34 years of specialized Federal government experience in agricultural trade policy and marketing. Ms. Williams retired in 2025 as the Senior Director for the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service executing management and oversight of both managers and staff to proactive
Ms. Williams serves as our Executive Director/Senior Consultant with over 34 years of specialized Federal government experience in agricultural trade policy and marketing. Ms. Williams retired in 2025 as the Senior Director for the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service executing management and oversight of both managers and staff to proactively engage on issues impacting U.S. exports of animal products with trading partners including China, the European Union, Korea, and disease events including avian influenza.
